NUTMEG (MYRISTICA FRAGRANS) The tree that yields nutmeg is hot. Its fruit, the nutmeg, has great  warmth  and excellent powers.  Ingesting nutmeg brings about an uplift of spirit and a sound mind.  As a remedy against  BITTERNESS OF HEART AND SOUL  take equal amounts of nutmeg and cinnamon, include some cloves, grind those spices to powder, and add some flour and water. The resulting dough is formed into biscuits. SPELT (TRITICUM SPELTA) Spelt [dinkel wheat] is  warm ; it is the best grain, rich in nutrients and  strong , more pleasant than all other cereals. Spelt forms real flesh and real blood and makes man's spirit serene and happy. It is wholesome in any preparation.  If someone is so  frail  that he cannot eat due to extreme  WEAKNESS , he should be given a  drink  made from boiled spelt mixed with egg yolk. ZEDOARY (CURCUMA ZEDOARIA) [Zedoary, is also known as white turmeric - Latin:  Curcuma zedoaria ]  Zedoary is warm and has great healing powers. Anyone who has  TREMOR  in their limbs should cut zedoary into wine, add some galangal and honey, boil the  wine  and then  drink  it lukewarm.  Against  EXCESSIVE SALIVA  and an  OVERFILLED STOMACH , the following is recommended: zedoary powder (as watery extract) is mixed with fine wheat flour. From this dough, form little buns and let them dry in the sun or in the almost cold oven.
