HOME REMEDIES: ZEDOARY

St Hildegard writes:

"When God created man, a different type of earth was used to form him. Henceforth, all substances were subject to man, because they sensed that in him was life, and they endeavoured to aid him in him in all his efforts, and man's aim, in turn, was to help them."

ZEDOARY (CURCUMA ZEDOARIA)

[Zedoary, is also known as white turmeric - Latin: Curcuma zedoaria

Zedoary is warm and has great healing powers.

Anyone who has TREMOR in their limbs should cut zedoary into wine, add some galangal and honey, boil the wine and then drink it lukewarm.

Against EXCESSIVE SALIVA and an OVERFILLED STOMACH, the following is recommended: zedoary powder (as watery extract) is mixed with fine wheat flour. From this dough, form little buns and let them dry in the sun or in the almost cold oven.
