CAMPHOR LAUREL (CINNAMOMUM CAMPHORA) Camphor, namely the rubber, has a pure coldness, but the tree from which camphor exudes has a sharp and fine cold .  If one ingests the camphor alone without the green, the fire that is in man is dampened. RYE (SECALE CEREALE) Rye is warm , a little  colder than wheat . The bread baked from it is strong and healthy , in fat people it causes WEIGHT LOSS , while at the same time strengthening their health.  However, it is not advisable for those who suffer from  stomach complaints. Anyone who has any kind of SWELLING on their body should regularly place on it rye bread that has been warmed by the fire or hot rye bread that has come out of the oven, and the tumour will disappear.  Powdered rye bread crust is recommended for sprinkling against SEBORRHOEIC DERMATITIS.
