 WATER MINT (MENTHA AQUATICA)

Water mint (Mentha aquatica). The water mint is warm, but a little bit cold and as a food neither useful nor harmful to humans. Against STOMACH DISTURBANCES it is eaten raw or cooked as puree or in a drink.

It is also used against LUNG COMPLAINTS and COUGHS.
